Talks, Workshops and Training

Calm, practical AI sessions for business audiences. No hype, no jargon, no overwhelm.

AI Power Hour for small business owners who want to get clear on ChatGPT

Most AI talks either dazzle or overwhelm. Mine aim to do neither.

I speak and train on how AI fits into a real business. Not the tools for their own sake, but how to think with them, how to keep your own voice in charge, and how to make it all feel manageable. Audiences regularly tell me it is the first AI session that made sense to them.

I don’t champion one platform. Some sessions are tool agnostic, built around how to think rather than which app to open. Others go hands-on with a specific tool, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, depending on what the audience needs.

I deliver keynotes, short talks, masterclasses and hands-on workshops for networks, memberships, conferences and teams across the UK, both in person and online. As a certified trainer, every session is properly structured and built around real business use, not theory.

Looking to arrange training for yourself or your team directly, rather than booking a session for your event or network? See my AI training page.

What your audience will leave with

Whatever the format, the promise is the same. People leave with a clearer understanding of how AI fits into their business, more confidence in using it, practical steps they can take straight away, and a sense that this is manageable rather than overwhelming.

Talks, Workshops and Programmes

These are the sessions I deliver most often, not a fixed menu. Every one is shaped to your audience, and if you have something different in mind, ask.

Keynotes and Conference Talks

The Human Edge in the Age of AI. What stays human when AI is everywhere. A grounded, human-centred look at responsible AI adoption, and why judgement, voice and relationships matter more as AI becomes ordinary.

The Magic of AI. An accessible introduction for business audiences. What AI can realistically do, practical use cases to try, and the confidence to start.

Your AI Advantage. A strategic look at what actually matters in AI right now, what is noise, and how to apply the difference in your business.

Practical Business Talks

Talk First, Write Later. Using voice notes and AI to create content that sounds like you. A practical answer to the blank page.

Don’t Start From Scratch. You have more content than you think. How to repurpose what you already have with AI, rather than generating from nothing.

AI & Automations. Automation moves information. AI shapes it. An introduction to where each fits in a small business.

AI for Small Organisations. Practical, responsible AI for charities, CICs and community organisations working with limited time and budget.

The 5 Minute AI Audit. A fast framework for spotting where AI could genuinely help your business, and what to try first.

Interactive Workshops

NotebookLM Masterclass. A hands-on workshop using NotebookLM for research and content. You leave with a working setup, not notes about one.

NotebookLM Lab for Virtual Assistants. NotebookLM applied to VA workflows and client services. Built with and for working VAs.

AI for Better Business Decisions. Using AI as a structured thinking partner rather than a writing tool. For owners who want support with decisions, not more content.

Training Programmes

For memberships and communities that want more than a one-off session, I design and deliver structured programmes. Recent work includes a five-session AI curriculum as Resident AI Trainer for Claire Lockey’s Amplify programme, covering Projects, prompting, structured thinking and AI workflows, and monthly training for the Women Who Love AI Academy.

What attendees say

From sessions delivered to VAs, business owners and membership communities across the UK.

We had the pleasure of inviting Jacqueline Leake to deliver her NotebookLM Lab for Virtual Assistants session at Lounge by the Sea 2026, and it was absolutely outstanding. The session was perfectly paced, making it accessible for virtual assistants who were completely new to NotebookLM while still providing plenty of value for those who had already started exploring its potential. Jacqueline has a real talent for breaking down complex concepts into practical, real-world applications that you can start using straight away. One thing that really stood out was the fantastic resources, they allowed attendees to focus on learning during the workshop and revisit everything afterwards. The feedback from attendees was fantastic. If you're looking for an engaging, knowledgeable speaker who combines technical expertise with practical, business-focused advice, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacqueline. She was a real highlight of Lounge by the Sea 2026.

After an initial conversation with Jacqueline, I invited her to share her expertise as an AI specialist within the Fly Coaches Network community. Our workshops run on a learn-and-apply basis, and we could not have been more fortunate, both in the depth of her knowledge and the incredibly mindful, natural way she delivers it. Her non-technical approach really resonated with the group. It opened up even those of us who thought we already had a handle on our AI tools, giving us new learnings that were easy to understand and immediately actionable. We were learning and implementing within the same hour, and left the session wanting more. The feedback I received straight after says it all: "well-paced," "insightful," "would love more." Jacqueline, thank you. Please come back.
